If you aren't an already certified diver, you can still have a diving experience and have fun underwater. It is an amazing feeling to be underwater for the first time and come close to the fish and other wonderful creatures.
As a beginner you can try diving, using all the diving equipment, a certified diver uses, going to a safe depth in the sea or starting from a swimming pool first and then, in the sea. This activity is called "Discover Scuba Diving" and is done under the safety standards and procedures of PADI organization. This is an activity that nearly everybody is able to enjoy and doesn't need previous experience. An experienced Dive Instructor will give you all the needed instructions previously to the dive and will guide you underwater at an amazing beach near Paleokastritsa. You will be able to nearly finish a scuba diving tank underwater and will last 30-40 minutes. Those minutes will be the most unforgettable minutes of your life. This program lasts for about 2:30 hours totally.
